Job summary

Mechanics Hub is seeking a Field Service Technician in Milwaukee, WI to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on forklifts and related equipment.

You will work in customer facilities and warehouses, taking service vans home and operating independently with dispatch support. Overtime opportunities and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in automotive, diesel, or heavy equipment service.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment systems.
• Basic mechanic tools (½- to ¾-inch drive) and a multimeter.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on material handling equipment.
• Work mainly in customer facilities and warehouses, with occasional shop tasks.
• Identify service opportunities during PM visits and uphold equipment reliability.
• Manage service van and coordinate with dispatch to support customers.

Actively searching for a Field Service Technician Milwaukee/Heartland, Wisconsin to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on material handling equipment including forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and specialty equipment. Work primarily in customer facilities and warehouses with occasional shop-based tasks. Role involves identifying service opportunities during PM visits, managing customer relationships, and ensuring equipment reliability.
