Job summary

GET Group North America seeks a Service Technician in Tucson, AZ to support field service on electro-mechanical systems. You will handle installations, training, and software integration while ensuring SLA-driven service quality and customer satisfaction.

Eligible candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to obtain a U.S. government security clearance. Travel up to 15% for training or coverage is expected.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ certification or other relevant technical certifications.
• 2 year associate’s degree in Technical or Diagnostic field.
• 4 year Bachelor of Science degree in technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and support equipment per SLA requirements.
• Respond to maintenance calls and document actions with notes.
• Maintain on-site service inventory at Tucson facilities.
• Assist Operators and System Admins to troubleshoot issues.
• Train users to maximize hardware/software use; provide guidance.
• Suggest improvements to operating instructions for end users.
• Keep professional/technical knowledge current via workshops and literature.
• Other assignments as requested by Management.
