Job summary

KASCO LLC seeks a skilled Field Service Technician to repair and maintain meat-processing equipment at customer sites. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver parts and services to ensure customer operations run smoothly.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, customer-facing skills, and the ability to manage inventory and service calls across assigned territories in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma, Business or trade school or GED.
• Excellent mechanical/electrical/electronic aptitude.
• Related technician repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance on food processing equipment (band saws, juicers, meat grinders, slicers, tenderizers).
• Perform safety audits on customer equipment and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maximize sales through service calls, product demonstrations, and repair services.
• Manage route territory and inventory levels at customer locations; place parts orders as needed.
