Job summary

KASCO LLC seeks a field service technician to maintain and repair food processing equipment at customer sites. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot band saws, meat grinders, slicers, and related machinery, and ensure safety and uptime for clients.

• Strong mechanical/electrical/electronic aptitude.
• Experience in field service repair or related technician work.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on food processing equipment.
• Conduct safety audits on customer equipment.
• Grow service sales by selling KASCO products and repair services.
• Manage field inventory and place reorders with headquarters.
• Provide timely service calls and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Prepare invoices and collect payments for services.
• Operate company vehicle and maintain safety.
