Job summary

KASCO LLC. is seeking a field service technician to service and repair meat processing equipment at customer locations. Troubleshoot and repair band saws, juicers, grinders, slicers, and tenderizers while maintaining safety and professional standards.

You will forecast inventory, manage parts orders, and deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Accredited high school diploma, trade school or GED is required.
• Excellent mechanical/electrical/electronic aptitude is essential.
• Related technician repair skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and preventative maintenance on food processing equipment (band saws, juicers, meat grinders, slicers, tenderizers).
• Performs safety audits on customer equipment and provides technical support on proper use of equipment.
• Maximizes service revenue by delivering and selling KASCO products and repair services to customers.
• Manages territory with route scheduling, inventory levels, invoicing, and timely order processing.
