This is a fast-paced position that needs an experienced, take-charge individual with a proven track record.The primary function of a Field Service Technician is to travel to customer locations and repair their material handling equipment, MEWPs and rail car movers. You are required to respond to customer needs in a positive, caring and timely manner, and build rapport with customers through technical expertise and communication skills to ensure customer feeling of satisfaction through value received.You will manage your job as though it were a small business. You will be dispatched to jobs from your home using a company van and will coordinate with the service dispatch team and report on your jobs via a tablet.
