This is a fast-paced position that needs an experienced, take-charge individual with a proven track record that lives locally in or around Huron, SD. The primary function of a Field Service Technician is to travel to customer locations and repair their material handling equipment, MEWPs and rail car movers. You are required to respond to customer needs in a positive, caring and timely manner, and build rapport with customers through technical expertise and communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction through value received.You will manage your job as though it were a small business. You will be dispatched to jobs from your home using a company van and will coordinate with the service dispatch team and report on your jobs via a tablet.
