Job summary

Motive Workforce is seeking a Service Technician to perform routine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and service activities at customer locations in sunny Southern California. You will help ensure equipment and systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections, maintaining batteries and related products, completing repairs and testing, and assisting with installations.

Responsibilities

• Complete basic repairs, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with installations and service-related projects.
• Communicate service findings and recommendations to customers.
• Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle.
• Use tools and equipment safely and properly.
• Identify and report safety or compliance concerns.
• Maintain assigned parts, tools, and inventory.
• Follow assigned schedules and service routes.

• Complete work orders and service reports accurately and on time.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
