Job summary

The Raymond Corporation is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair on customer forklifts across a designated territory in Texas. You will work independently, on-site with clients, and report to our service team to ensure uptime and safety.

Compensation includes a company vehicle, fuel card, paid training for certifications, a Windows tablet, uniform and boot allowances, and cell phone reimbursement, along with full benefits and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Proven mechanical ability with problem solving in field settings.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently.
• Strong customer service mindset during on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair on forklifts at customer sites.
• Operate within assigned territory and adhere to safety standards.
• Participate in training for certifications and career development.
