Job summary

N J Malin & Associates is seeking a Field Service Technician to service forklifts at customer locations across your territory. You will perform maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair equipment with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction.

The role offers full-time hours with a company vehicle and benefits. Training and certifications are provided to support ongoing career growth in lift-truck technologies.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude required to diagnose and repair forklifts in the field.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for on-site repairs.
• Independence and ability to work within an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair on customers' forklifts.
• Work independently within your territory to service equipment at customer sites.
• Ensure timely and effective field repairs to minimize downtime.
