Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair low-voltage security and loss prevention systems.

Are you an experienced field service professional who enjoys troubleshooting, customer interaction, and working independently in the field?

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to support installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of retail loss prevention and security technology systems across a multi-state Northeast and Mid-Atlantic territory.

What You've Do

• Install, service, and repair low-voltage security and loss prevention systems
• Troubleshoot cameras, wireless devices, and related equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and field service work
• Run and terminate low-voltage cabling
• Support larger installation projects throughout the territory
• Communicate directly with store managers and customer contacts

What We're Looking For

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
