Job Description Summary

Road Mechanic

As a Road Mechanic, you will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment such as aerial work platforms, construction tools, large-scale power generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas related equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training preferred
• 3-5 years of mechanic experience with diesel or heavy construction equipment (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; CDL may be required in some locations

Skills & Abilities

• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual abilities may be required based on location

Physical Demands

Must be able to bend, squat, crouch, reach, lift 50+ pounds, and work indoors/outdoors as needed.
