  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work independently in varied environmental conditions.
  • Basic computer skills for documenting service reports and using diagnostic software.
  • Commitment to safety practices and use of personal protective equipment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call rotations.
