Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on field service or installation experience.
• Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently in dynamic field environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation and configuration of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair technical issues in real time.
• Test and validate system functionality post-installation.
• Complete service documentation and reporting.
• Maintain tools and inventory; provide on-site client training.
• Identify field risks and escalate as needed.
• Support throughput targets across sites.
• Collaborate with FSM and Program teams to optimize execution.
