Job summary

Freedom Specialty Services Incorporated is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team. The role requires strong customer service, troubleshooting, and the ability to operate a range of equipment including flatbed trailers, pressure cleaners, lifts, and street sweepers. Flex hours include overnights, weekends, and holidays.

You will document daily activities, ensure safety compliance, and work both independently and as part of a team to optimize processes. A valid license is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with strong communication required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose with minimal supervision.
• Experience operating flatbed trailers, pressure cleaners, lifts, and street sweepers preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with minimal supervision.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently.
