Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. This role acts as a technical resource for customers and the sales force, typically working independently or in small teams in a field service environment as the main point of contact.

As an apprentice, you will spend most of your time with a senior Technician, learning our products and customers, building your skills, and

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; some prior mechanical or electrical experience is helpful.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment and communicate with customers.
• Must be able to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Pre-employment drug test and clean driving record required; DOT physical may be required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and the sales force.
• Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment; be the primary customer contact.
• As an apprentice, spend majority of time with a senior Technician learning products and customers.
