Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, seeks Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and doors at customer sites. You will serve as a technical resource for customers and sales, working solo or in small teams in the field and acting as the main point of contact.

Applicants should have welding and mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical experience; independent work ability and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Prior experience in repair or installation of industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and the sales force.
• Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment; be the primary customer contact.
