Job summary

Arbon Equipment, a Rite-Hite Company, is seeking Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. You will act as a technical resource for customers and the sales force in a field service setting.

The role requires welding and experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, plus the ability to work independently in outdoor field conditions and lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Experience in repair or installation of industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Good customer service skills required.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Pre-employment drug test and clean driving record required; DOT physical required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities.
• Serve as a technical resource for customers and the sales force.
• Work independently or in small teams in a field service environment; be a primary customer contact.
