Job summary

Wiese Usa Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to travel to customer locations to install and repair dock equipment. The role involves outdoor work, climbing to heights up to 40 feet, and operating forklifts or scissor lifts as needed.

You will perform hazard assessments, maintain high safety standards, and learn our software to manage online work orders. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with loading dock equipment is a plus.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to install and repair dock equipment.
• Install and service dock equipment such as dock levelers, shelters, seals and doors.
• Perform hazard assessments and maintain safety/quality standards.
• Work across mechanical and electrical systems and learn company software for online work orders.
