Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Service Technician in Indianapolis to install and maintain air compressors and other compressed air systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance for customers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of mechanical troubleshooting experience and a valid driver’s license. Full-time hourly pay ranges from $30.00 to $35.00, with comprehensive benefits offered to all employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience troubleshooting mechanical systems.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move weights per safety policy.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain rotary screw and reciprocating air compressors.
• Communicate with customers about their equipment concerns.
• Assist and train apprentices and Field Service Technicians.
