Job summary

SKT, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative II to troubleshoot and repair tower infrastructure, sensors, power and comms systems on towers up to 500 feet. Duties include troubleshooting, testing, and equipment replacement with adherence to safety standards.

The role requires a background in field service or IT support, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work weekends or overnight shifts. Employer-provided benefits and per diem are offered.

Qualifications

• One year of field service experience or related tower/IT support experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required for Field Service Rep II/IV.
• IT or technical degree preferred for advanced levels.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair tower infrastructure, sensors, power and communications systems up to 500’ height.
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, equipment replacement and configuration for tower sites.
• Adhere to safety standards and follow project and company procedures.
• Open availability, including weekends and overnights as needed.
