Job summary

Doc Services seeks an Electromechanical Field Service Technician to service, troubleshoot and maintain equipment at customer sites across the US. You will respond to calls, perform repairs, and document work using handheld devices.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of repair experience, strong electrical/mechanical knowledge, and valid driver’s license. Travel and safe work practices are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of equipment repair experience or equivalent training.
• Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge; ability to read schematics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and call management software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; insurance proof.
• Satisfactory background check required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform billable maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing of equipment.
• Respond to service calls and complete documentation via handheld device.
• Order parts and manage inventory for repairs.
• Travel to customer locations and arrive prepared with tools.
• Follow safety regulations and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with DSM to diagnose and educate customers.
