Job summary

NCR Voyix is hiring Field Service Technicians to install, service, and maintain electromechanical systems for major retail customers across an assigned territory. You will troubleshoot issues, perform on-site service, and ensure high-quality customer experiences with a company-provided vehicle and comprehensive benefits.

The role requires local US travel, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and driving-related capabilities are required.
• Ability to travel to the US and work across assigned territories.
• Rotating and weekend shifts with flexible start times are expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance, repair, PM work, and system overhauls.
