Position Summary
The Part-Time Field Service Technician is an hourly, non-exempt position responsible for delivering frontline field support to ensure the consistent and reliable operation of deployed equipment and systems. This role provides onsite service on a flexible, part-time schedule, performing first & second line maintenance, installations, software and hardware upgrades, networking support, preventive maintenance, and spare parts management. This role is designed for individuals seeking flexible, hands‑on technical work. Assignments are scheduled based on operational demand, peak service periods, and contractual maintenance requirements. All time worked is tracked and compensated in accordance with applicable wage and hour laws and established company policies.
