NCR Atleos in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Field Service Technician II to install, service, and repair electromechanical equipment across an assigned territory.

You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and deliver customer-focused support in a fast-paced retail and banking environment. This role includes hands-on training, career growth opportunities, and a benefits package with medical, dental, life, vision, disability, 401k, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system config issues.
• Manage network faults, system access, and remote connectivity.
• Organize and triage customer issues, proactively addressing problems.
• Communicate openly and professionally to resolve issues.
• Participate in NCR Atleos training programs.
• Comply with company policies and safety standards.
• Perform other duties aligned with qualifications and needs.
• May be reassigned to adjacent territories; travel may be required.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 – $58,000.00

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory
• Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations
• Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity
• Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible
• Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution
• Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos
• Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements
• Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs
• May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts to meet operational needs; managers will strive to communicate in advance whenever possible to minimize schedule disruptions
• May elect to participate in overnight travel assignments to support broader service coverage; all travel follows established company policy and reimbursement guidelines
