Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an energetic field-service technician to install, maintain, and service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems. You will work within a defined territory performing installation, maintenance, and system overhauls while troubleshooting network issues and ensuring secure configurations.

The role requires US work authorization, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel, with rotating and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Must be a local candidate within the geographic area
Authorized to work in the US
Often 19 years of age or older
Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting fleet requirements
PC skills, basic electronics, and operating system familiarity
Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodation
Ability to travel long hours by driving
Rotating and weekend shifts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle tools/parts
Familiarity with servers/mainframes is preferred
One or more years of related experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls
Manage everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system access
