Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a field service technician to install, maintain and service electromechanical equipment across a defined territory in the United States. You will address customers, perform repairs, and oversee system overhauls while ensuring secure remote access and network reliability.

Ideal candidates are locally based, authorized to work in the US, with a valid driver's license and strong PC/electronics familiarity.

Qualifications

• Local candidate within Oregon or vicinity.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 19 years of age.
• Valid driver's license; driving record meets fleet standards.
• PC skills, basic electronics, and OS familiarity.
• Able to travel extensively with long daily drives.
• Rotating and weekend shifts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and handle tools with moderate effort.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls.
• Manage everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system access.
