Job summary

RES is seeking a Field Service Technician I to assist senior technicians in operating and maintaining utility-scale solar facilities, including preventive and corrective maintenance of panels, trackers, and inverters.

Based in Jacksboro, TX, the role requires a High School diploma, 1+ years maintenance experience, and a willingness to travel 5-15%. You will follow safety plans, work rotating on-call, and interface with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Electrical power systems, drawings, and basic circuit theory.
• OSHA regulations and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior field technicians with operating and maintaining solar facilities.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on on-site assets.
• Interface with project stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Follow site safety plan and rotate on-call duties.
