Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation, based in Worcester, MA, is seeking a Field Service Technician I to be the first line of response for our largest retail customers. You will ensure seamless operation of self-checkout systems and related electromechanical equipment across an assigned territory.

Responsibilities include installations, maintenance, and service calls, traveling as needed, and performing preventive maintenance. Strong problem-solving and customer-service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires strong basic computer and electronics aptitude.
• Familiarity with hardware and operating systems helpful.
• Local candidate in Worcester, MA area and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
• Service electromechanical equipment such as self-checkout systems within an assigned territory.
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) work, repairs, and system overhauls as required.
• Communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner with a focus on finding the right solution.
• Organize, triage customer issues, and address problems before they arise where possible.
