Caterpillar in El Reno, Oklahoma is hiring a Field Service Technician I to install, troubleshoot, test, and repair pressure control equipment at customer sites. The entry-level role is performed with close supervision, with a Monday–Friday schedule, plus on-call and overtime opportunities as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 months related experience or training, are at least 21, and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Clean driving record (as per standard Caterpillar requirements).

Responsibilities

• Assist in safe installation, removal, and service of equipment on drilling rig or well site.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Prepare accurate field service and sales orders.
• Maintain company assets and site equipment per policy.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
