The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical operations, alongside a valid driver's license. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $29.30 to $34.15, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a 1-year DOT Medical Card.
• Valid Driver’s License with specific requirements.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical operations.
• Appropriate diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Own tools are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance tasks on equipment.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment as per manager's instructions.
• Keep records and submit reports as required.
• Coach and tutor junior colleagues when necessary.
