Calgon Carbon Corporation seeks a Field Service Technician to join our team in the Atlanta area. This role supports on-site field services related to activated carbon products, equipment, and service offerings, with a focus on customer satisfaction and contract obligations.

Responsibilities include performing carbon exchanges at client sites, basic maintenance of equipment, and precise record keeping. The position requires a safety-focused mindset and readiness for occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate required (pre-employment).
• Driver's License (Class A preferred).
• OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER required within 3 months of hire.
• TWIC credential required within 3 months of hire.
• 0-2 years experience in a mechanical or hands-on industry is required.
• Automotive engine maintenance and repair is preferred.
• Industrial vacuum operation is preferred.
• Work at industrial facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform carbon exchanges at customer sites.
• Perform minor maintenance on Calgon Carbon equipment.
• Record keeping - accurately complete project reports, expense reports and time sheets
