Key duties include diagnostics, preventative maintenance, system installations, and clear communication with facility managers about equipment health and upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years hands-on experience in commercial HVAC/R service.
  • Current EPA Universal Certification is required.
  • Graduate of an accredited HVAC/R technical training program.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair commercial cooling, heating, and ventilation equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to extend asset lifecycle.
  • Install HVAC/R components and replacement systems to spec.
  • Troubleshoot electrical circuits, control logic, and mechanical assemblies.
  • Provide recommendations on equipment health and upgrades to facilities.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and digital work orders.
  • Uphold safety protocols and industry best practices on site.
  • Deliver on-site support with professional conduct and reliability.

Responsibilities
  • Execute precise diagnostics and repairs on commercial cooling, heating, and ventilation hardware to minimize client downtime.
  • Conduct comprehensive preventative maintenance inspections to extend the lifecycle of critical infrastructure.
  • Perform high-quality installations of HVAC/R components and replacement systems to meet performance standards.
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues within electrical circuits, control logic, and mechanical assemblies.
  • Deliver clear technical recommendations to facility managers regarding equipment health and necessary upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and digital work orders to ensure seamless communication and record-keeping.
  • Uphold rigorous safety protocols and industry best practices while operating in diverse commercial environments.
  • Provide exceptional on-site support, ensuring client satisfaction through professional conduct and reliable service delivery.
Qualifications
Required Skills
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC/R service.
  • Current EPA Universal Certification.
  • Graduate of an accredited technical training program in HVAC/R.
  • Proficiency in interpreting complex wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including ladder work, lifting, and navigating various weather conditions.

  • Advanced proficiency in building automation and HVAC control systems.
  • Additional industry-recognized certifications in refrigeration or electrical systems.
