Job summary

Patricio Enterprises is seeking a Field Service Technician to support clients in the management or direction of logistics support for multiple programs in Kaneohe, Hawaii. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing numerous logistics efforts for legacy and future systems as well as technical refreshes/upgrades.

The candidate will provide direct support to the client in planning, coordinating, and executing surveillance and maintenance activities; it requires up to 40% CONUS travel

Qualifications

• BS/BA or HS/GED with relevant experience required.
• 3–5 years CBRND/DRSKO experience required.
• CBRND military experience preferred.
• USMC experience with EFR or FIRS equipment and DRSKO is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain OEM certification for CBRND DRSKO testing/repair.
• Complete Train-The-Trainer courses and serve as NET Instructor IAW AR 350-1.
• Perform DCTE maintenance and repairs up to intermediate level.
• Operate surveillance equipment and testing tools.
• Develop SME knowledge of CBRND equipment for JPMs and customers.
• Review technical manuals and training packages for logistics.

SALARY RANGE: The salary range the company expects to pay for this position is $45.67 to $48.07/hour. Final salary will be determined based on experience, education, qualifications, contract requirements, and internal equity considerations.

DESCRIPTION: Patricio Enterprises is looking for a Field Service Technician to support clients in the management or direction of logistics support for multiple programs, including appropriate supporting organizations. The Field Service Technician will provide direct support to the client in the planning, coordinating and execution of numerous logistics efforts for legacy and future systems as well as technical refreshes/upgrades.

Primary duties will include (but not limited to)

• Maintain appropriate OEM certification required to perform machine testing and repair of CBRND Dismounted Reconnaissance Sets, Kits and Outfits (DRSKO) and related equipment
• Complete Train-The-Trainer courses and serve as a New Equipment Training (NET) Instructor IAW AR 350-1.
• Conduct DCTE maintenance and repair including intermediate level maintenance, upon completion of DCTE maintenance certification as required.
• Operate designated surveillance support equipment such as sealers, air compressors, special tools, and Material Handling Equipment as required.
• Flow testing/maintenance for 3M/Scott Airpack 75 Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA)
• Maintenance and Inspection of DRSKO Kits
• Operate and conduct mask testing on Joint Service Mask Leakage tester (JSMLT).
• Develop and sustain subject matter expertise of all CBRND equipment and family of incident response systems and provide related technical support to JPMs, Services, and other customers as requested.
• Review and comment on technical manuals, validation efforts, provisioning data, training packages, and other logistics-related deliverables.
• Plan and develop effective product support strategies to meet established goals for operational effectiveness and readiness.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute surveillance efforts through visual inspections, functional tests, and/or machine testing to evaluate the condition and quality of retail/owner and wholesale CBRND equipment in accordance with established directives and procedures.
• Conduct Total Package Fielding (TPF) of CBRND assets with Fielding Coordinators by managing scheduling aspects of the fielding process, performing de-processing, inventory, hand-off, and completing documentation requirements IAW AR 700-142.
• Generate equipment surveillance reports and associated EARS data from surveillance efforts.
• Review system parts lists and make recommendations on the table of allowance.
• Submit all required requests for the expenditure of funds (i.e. travel requests, transportation requests, and procurement requests).
• Comply with host facility regulations relevant to safety and environmental issues.
• Ability to travel in CONUS.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• BS/BA with a minimum of three (3) years of general experience or HS/GED diploma with a minimum of five (5) years of general experience.
• Three (3) to five (5) years CBRND/ DRSKO or relevant experience.
• CBRND military experience preferred.
• Ideal candidate has USMC experience with either expeditionary firefighting and rescue (EFR) equipment or the family of incident response systems (FIRS) equipment and in particular the Dismounted Reconnaissance Sets, Kits and Outfits (DRSKO).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Required to be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Required to stand for prolong periods of time.
