Ohio CAT in Broadview Heights is seeking a Field Technician to operate and service heavy, aerial, water pump, and shoring equipment. You will load/unload, wash, inspect for damages, perform minor repairs and PM services, and communicate with customers professionally.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work in all weather, and flexibility with shift hours. Experience in construction or power equipment service is a plus.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A college degree or continuing education in a technical field is preferred.
• Experience in construction or power equipment service and repair is a plus.
