Job summary

Coastal Construction Equipment, LLC is seeking a Field Technician to diagnose, repair, maintain, and test heavy equipment at customer sites throughout Southern Florida. You will provide timely on-site service to minimize downtime and maximize productivity, while documenting work and ensuring safety standards.

The role requires strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, ability to work independently, and travel to diverse sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment repair or field service.
• Strong knowledge of Caterpillar or similar machinery.
• Ability to work independently in remote locations.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors.
• CDL license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site diagnostics and repairs on heavy equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Document all service work accurately in company systems.
• Communicate repair status and recommendations to customers.
• Maintain company service vehicle and tools in good condition.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations.
