Milton CAT is seeking a Field Service Technician for its Heavy Equipment division in Richmond, VT. You will diagnose and repair engines, hydraulics and electrical systems on-site, and manage service calls with a safety-first mindset.

Expect 3+ years in heavy equipment, strong diagnostics, and the ability to travel to job sites with your own tools. Competitive pay and full benefits accompany a stable, year-round role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of heavy equipment or diesel technician experience.
• Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, electrical and drivetrains.
• Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting ability in the field.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload.
• Basic computer skills (service systems & documentation).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a service truck and travel to job sites.
• Your own tools.
