Job summary

Milton CAT in Brewer, ME is seeking an experienced heavy equipment technician to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment on-site, repair engines, hydraulics, electrical, and mechanical systems, and perform maintenance, rebuilds, and component overhauls.

• 3+ years of heavy equipment or diesel technician experience.
• Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, electrical, and drivetrains.
• Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting ability in the field.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Basic computer skills (service systems & documentation).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a service truck and travel to job sites.
