Job summary

Bally’s Intralot in New Hampshire is seeking a Field Service Technician. Base locations include Keene, Portsmouth, Dover, Raymond and Laconia. The role centers on resolving complex hardware and software issues on VLTs, COAMs, and cash devices, while guiding Tier 1 staff to ensure fast, accurate support.

You will document incident trends, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with field teams, vendors, and higher-tier support in a regulated gaming environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the second level of escalation for technical issues not resolved by Tier 1 support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced hardware and software problems related to VLTs, COAMs, and cash devices.
• Assist Tier 1 agents in real time with technical guidance and coaching during customer interactions.
• Analyze and document incident patterns to identify trends and recommend process or product improvements.
