Description:
Field Service Technician, Digital is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair work and customer training on Heidelberg/Gallus Digital-Flexo Label Presses. Technicians take ownership of each assignment and elevate to second level when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and closure of the job.
The electrician must have a basic understanding of control systems, components, and operation of the equipment, as well as a fundamental understanding of the tools and processes required to complete maintenance and repair activities on Heidelberg equipment.
This position requires travel to the customers’ location to provide the services. This position includes a company vehicle. When traveling outside of the technician’s geographical area, all airfare, hotel, rental car and per diem expenses will be provided.
Customer Service is the cornerstone of our business, and the Field Service Technician is expected to deliver personalized, consistent, competent, and proactive service support; the Field Service Technician must always exhibit professionalism.
