Job summary

Wiese in Quakertown, PA is seeking a Service Technician to repair our customers' material handling equipment, including forklifts, aerial lifts, and floor care machines.

You will serve as the primary contact, delivering dependable mechanical service and strong customer support while promoting safety initiatives. Duties include troubleshooting, obtaining customer approval before repairs, completing paperwork, and proposing additional Wiese services.

Qualifications

• Perform hazard assessments and maintain safe work practices.
• Strong multitasking and time management; capable of self-managing.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work in confined areas; comfortable with heights.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; own hand tools.
• Working knowledge of computer systems and ability to learn software quickly.
• Demonstrable customer service skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, background check, MVR, and eligibility verification required.
