Pureflow in Florida is seeking a Field Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair high-purity water systems at customer sites, working independently and with experienced technicians. You will gain hands-on technical expertise while delivering reliable, quality service for our clients.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined with 5+ years in field service or related work, comfortable with pumps, valves, and electrical systems, and skilled at communicating with customers.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years in mechanical, HVAC, electrical, field service, or related experience.

Florida Field Service Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair high-purity water systems at customer sites
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend solutions
• Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and startup
• Collaborate with Service Management, Engineering, and other teams to resolve customer challenges
• Build strong customer relationships through professional, knowledgeable service
• Complete accurate service documentation and follow company and customer procedures
• Follow safe work practices in the shop, while driving, and at customer sites

• Familiar with pumps, valves, piping, flanges, and other mechanical components

• Professional, safety‑minded, detail‑oriented, and committed to seeing the job through
• High school diploma or GED; 5+ years of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, field service, or related experience
• Customer‑facing technical experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel are a plus

Working Conditions

• Hands‑on work in shop, industrial, and customer‑site environments
• Local travel with approximately 7–8 overnight stays per month once fully trained; additional travel may be required during the first six months for training
• Occasional travel to other company locations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 100 lbs., and regularly climb, walk, bend, stoop, crawl, and reach
