Job summary

Aramark hires a Service Technician to repair and recondition equipment at profit centers or customer locations. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and implement corrective actions. Installation and preventative maintenance are also part of the role.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, be comfortable with English, and possess strong communication and customer service skills. A valid driver’s license is required and routine documentation is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances.
• Willingness to learn connecting equipment to water sources and drainage.
• Willingness to work with copper, braided and PEX lines (6–12 months of experience or vocational training).
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Calls on customers as assigned to investigate equipment issues.
• Diagnoses problems and determines corrective actions.
• Repairs or adjusts equipment to restore operation.
• Cleans and maintains equipment on location and exchanges components.
• Documents closing calls, invoices, and asset verifications.
• Repairs and refurbishes equipment; maintains spare parts levels.
• Accurately record completed work in mobile device.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and protect company image.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities including emergencies.
• Keep service area and vehicle clean; follow safety policies.
• Complete weekly Driver Report per Fleet Manual.
