Job summary

Rite-Hite Corporation is seeking an Installation Technician 1 to perform field installation, inspection and repair of customer equipment. You will work primarily in the field, sometimes in small teams, to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–5 years of experience in hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment service. You will operate company vehicles and follow DOT safety standards while coordinating with other departments to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of repair and service experience on hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, blueprints, schematics, and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely inspection, repair, maintenance and installation of customer equipment in the field.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relations and provide safe, reliable service.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies in all field activities.
• Assist in training less experienced technicians and share field best practices.
• Accurately complete service tickets, timesheets, job tracking forms and safety analyses.
