Job summary

Ironclad Environmental Solutions is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair rental equipment at customer locations. You will also handle on-site deliveries/pickups, inspections, and ensure equipment readiness for rental.

This role requires forklift operation, inventory coordination, and strict adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced field setting. A valid driver’s license and forklift certification are required or pursued within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of field service, equipment maintenance, or inventory control experience.
• Mechanical aptitude required; pump systems experience a plus.
• Welding experience preferred.
• Forklift certification within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Experience in the rental/pump industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair rental equipment on-site, ensuring units meet operational standards.
• Deliver and/or pick up berms and equipment with proper setup and disassembly.
• Perform routine inspections and ensure equipment is serviced prior to rental release.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and discrepancy evaluation.
• Complete check sheets and work orders detailing parts, labor, and expenses.
• Operate a forklift as required to move equipment and supplies.
• Provide exceptional customer service with clear client communication during installs and pickups.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
