This entry-level Field Service Technician role is perfect for those who love hands-on work, travel, and solving real-world problems. You’ll receive full training, tools, and support as you represent Quest in hospitals and industrial facilities nationwide.

What You’ll Do

• Travel up to 80% (local and out-of-state) to install, maintain, and repair equipment ✈️
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and FRU-level repairs
• Use digital multimeters, vacuum/pressure meters, and frequency counters
• Manage your own schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance visits
• Support other technicians through remote assistance and teamwork
• Maintain accurate service reports and expense documentation
• Work hands-on in both medical and industrial environments

Required Skills & Competencies

• 1–2 years of field service or technical repair experience
• Associate degree (AA) or equivalent experience
• Ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems and wiring harnesses
• Basic IT/networking knowledge (software and hardware)
• Skilled with precision tools for small components
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Comfortable with frequent air and car travel ✈️

Additional Requirements

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Personal vehicle for local service calls
• Willingness to travel 80%+, including occasional overnight stays
