Summary
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer who is passionate about providing the best quality of service for our customers and helping them to solve problems. You will be facing customers directly and traveling to customers sites frequently. At our growing company based in the US, a can-do attitude is a must. If you are up to challenges and like a rewarding career, then you will likely to be successful in this role. You will be working closely with FAE team, Sales team and Operations department to make the workflow seamless and ensure efficiency.
Your Main Responsibilities
Required Knowledge and Skills
Good understanding of installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, electrical safety and equipment O&M.
Required Education and Experience
2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechanics, electronics or equivalent fields.
At least 1 year of work experience in EVSE/Solar/ESS O&M, automotive, construction, installation and network operation.
Physical requirements
Being able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Traveling requirements
25%-50%
