Job summary

JetPay now NCR Payment Solutions is looking for a Field Service Technician I based in Florence, Alabama. The ideal candidate will perform installations and repairs on electromechanical equipment and will be responsible for customer interactions and service quality. Applicants should possess PC and electronic skills, as well as be authorized to work in the US. The position offers flexible shifts, including weekends and requires physical work. Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license meeting NCR fleet requirements.
• Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
• Willing to operate small scale scissor lifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and service calls.
• Service electromechanical equipment within assigned territory.
• Act as first line response to customers.
• Complete training through NCR Voyix.
