New Era Technology in New Albany, OH is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician (Electrical/Mechanical) to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial cooling equipment at customer sites. You will read electrical diagrams, replace components, perform preventive maintenance, and document service reports.

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on experience repairing or maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment.
Able to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
Experience with 200-440V electrical equipment.
Comfortable working independently in the field.

Responsibilities

Install, start up, and service cooling equipment at customer sites.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
Replace motors, sensors, relays, switches, actuators, and other components.
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
Read electrical diagrams and basic drawings.
Test equipment and verify proper operation after repairs.
Complete service reports after each visit.
Provide professional customer service while onsite.
Travel to customer locations as needed.
