Job summary

ESPO Corporation in Franklin Park, IL is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, start-up, troubleshoot, and service electrical and hydrodynamic systems at customer sites and in-house. The role requires hands-on ability and clear communication.

You will travel 20–40% across the United States and internationally if necessary, work overtime and weekends as needed, and collaborate with engineering to resolve issues while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive technical knowledge of electrical and hydrodynamic systems.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
• Must be willing to travel 20–40% (including international).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite start-up, training, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and hydrodynamic systems.
• Inspect returned components and diagnose systems for warranty and repairs.
• Test systems in-house following QC protocols and coordinate with Engineering for adjustments.
• Provide light technical assistance to fabricators and assist with mechanical assembly.
• Perform all duties using safe practices.
